Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. If you possess the following requirements, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

↳ Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects in the sectors of tents, shades, events, aluminum, and steel.

↳ Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
↳ Develop annual sales strategies and goals.
↳ Utilize sales tools and resources effectively to nurture prospect relationships.
↳ Collaborate with sales leaders to optimize sales processes.
↳ Set and achieve personal monthly targets, devising actionable plans.
↳ Conduct sales calls, send company profiles and agreements, negotiate fees, and close deals.
↳ Identify customer needs and facilitate appropriate actions.
↳ Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and social media.
↳ Arrange meetings with potential clients and address their concerns.
↳ Assist the Sales Manager and Operations Team in achieving monthly revenue targets.

Requirements:

↳ Experience with UAE clients in tents, shades, events, aluminum, and steel industries is preferred.
↳ Strong client relations and negotiation skills are essential.
↳ Nationality: Any
↳ Experience: 2-3 years
↳ Language: Proficiency in English, Arabic would be advantageous.
↳ Preference given to candidates with experience in tents, shades, events, aluminum, and steel industries.

Salary: From AED3500.00 per month

Job description

  • Should be able to communicate with clients about the services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
  • Analyzed blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other construction documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for ongoing projects.
  • Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company’s products or services to customers.
  • Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers’ technical requirements and needs.
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Calculating client quotations Negotiating tender and contract terms.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.

Work Details

  • Generate Inquires and Leads by identifying Prospects
  • Regular Sales follow up of all quotations and order negotiations/finalizations
  • Achieve Sales objectives and Targets
  • Negotiate with Customers on price, costs, delivery and specifications, Job finalization and Order Handling
  • Preparation Estimation BOQ
  • Preparation of techno commercial offer based on the Estimated BOQ
  • Develop new sales enquiry Knowledge of Autocad 3D and Solid works and preparation of BOQ
  • Preparation of material Submittal and related documents for Project support
  • Monitor Project / Site Progress
